There’s a stranger in my garden…

Not really a stranger though, but not one of my closest friends either.

Find the stranger! Find the stranger! 😉

Am I being an arse a mean person when I’m feeling rather annoyed by someone standing there for ages (80min and still standing) without any greetings, movements, knocks?

I don’t mind visitors, but do I have to provide a general hangout for those friends I don’t really chat much in private?

And no, I haven’t spoken to her. I’m a coward when it comes to being brave telling someone the obvious.

*sighs*

  1. It may be that I am just more reactionary but if someone I don’t know has been standing on my parcel for more than 5 min and not responding to polite greetings and enquiries then I escalate to an IM and possibly moving about in front of them so they might notice that someone is there. If that fails and they just start poking around or they just stand there, they get the ‘ol heave ho and go on the banned list. I try to make allowances for people who don’t speak the same language but someone who simply ignores common courtesy is just not welcome to hang about.

  2. Yeah, that’s what I usally do…but she’s on my friendslist and she’s always hanging around with my friends as well…one of them living next door…
That’s my dilemma here. But I’ve spoken to my “parcel-mate”. Next time I’ll tell her that I don’t like that behaviour and if she doesn’t get it….the real stranger treatment will follow *muahahaha* ;->
    Wish me luck!

  3. I’m more tolerable. If the avatar isn’t doing anything generally offensive or just standing there or just looking around then it’s okay with me but that’s just me. 😉
